Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has told Sky News that she believes the UK should push back if U.S. President Donald Trump is "rude" about the country. Speaking to Sky's Ali Fortescue on the Politics Hub, Ms Badenoch said: "If Donald Trump says something that is against British national interests, or is rude about our country, I think we should absolutely push back on that." However, she added that Britain should avoid entering into a "war of words" with Mr Trump as "the only people who benefit" would be countries such as Iran and Russia.
