Sir Keir Starmer has told Labour MPs he has "won every fight I've ever been in" as he faces increasing pressure to stand down in the wake of the Peter Mandelson scandal. The crisis was triggered by revelations of Peter Mandelson's association with Jeffrey Epstein - and how much Sir Keir knew when he appointed him UK ambassador to the US.
