Earlier this week, a short-lived intensification of the Mayon volcano's ongoing eruption occurred, resulting in the generation of 12 lengthy pyroclastic flows. One of these pyroclastic flows, occurring at 10:35 am, reached a full 4 kilometers or 2.5 miles away. Today's video discusses what occurred on that day through the knowledge and analysis of a geologist.
