Police have arrested a man on suspicion of a public order offence and possession of an offensive weapon near the home of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. Norfolk Constabulary said in a statement that officers were called to Wolferton shortly after 7.30pm on Wednesday "following a report a man was behaving in an intimidating manner in the village". According to the Telegraph, the arrest came after the former prince was confronted by a balaclava-clad man while walking his dogs.
