Anthony is in Homestead, Florida to help the struggling Floridian Hotel owned by brothers Richard and Donald Groh. At first glance, the hotel appears to be well kept, however Anthony quickly realizes that the Floridian is as divided as Richard and Donald seem to be in their opinions regarding their property. Donald is a pack rat that keeps the hotel and a large warehouse full of junk, while Richard is more open to change and renovation. The differences in their opinions are most evident when the brothers disagree as to whom they should hire as the General Manager from the two candidates Anthony brings in.
